OneSync (policy type onesync) is not allowed for this server, or a transient issue occurred
Also seen as: OneSync is not allowed for this server onesync not whitelisted policy type onesync transient issue onesync requesting whitelist status failed
What causes it
Your server has OneSync enabled (usually because you raised the slot count above 32), but Cfx.re can't confirm your account is entitled to it. OneSync above the free tier requires an active FiveM Element Club (Patreon) tier linked to the SAME Cfx.re account that owns the server key. It also appears as a transient error during short Cfx.re outages.
How to fix it
Confirm your Element Club/Patreon entitlement is active and linked to the same account as your server key — or lower your slots back to the free tier.
- Confirm your FiveM Element Club (Patreon) subscription is active and hasn't lapsed.
- Make sure the Patreon is linked to the EXACT Cfx.re account that generated your sv_licenseKey — a different email/account is the most common cause.
- If you only just subscribed or changed tiers, allow time for it to propagate, then restart.
- If your entitlement is fine, it may be a temporary Cfx.re issue — wait and retry.
- As a fallback, lower your server slots to 32 or fewer to run without the higher OneSync tier.
