What causes it
Another program — usually another FiveM server instance — is already using the server port (default 30120), so your server can't bind to it.
How to fix it
Free the port or change your server's port.
- Check whether another FiveM server instance is already running (Task Manager / Resource Monitor on Windows).
- Close the other instance, or if you intend to run multiple servers, change the port in server.cfg via
endpoint_add_tcpandendpoint_add_udp. - Restart the server.
