Warning: no resource manifest (fxmanifest.lua or __resource.lua)

What causes it

A folder in your resources directory has no manifest file, so FiveM doesn't treat it as a resource. Often a stray folder, an incomplete extraction, or a double-nested resource.

How to fix it

Add/fix the manifest, or remove the stray folder.

1. Check whether the folder is supposed to be a resource. If not, it can be ignored or removed.
2. If it is a resource, confirm fxmanifest.lua sits at its root.
3. If double-nested, move the inner folder (with the manifest) up one level.
4. Re-download if the resource extracted incompletely.
