What causes it
The server can't reach the Cfx.re tunnel/heartbeat — often a firewall blocking the required ports, a missing/invalid sv_licenseKey, or the endpoint not being reachable from outside.
How to fix it
Open the required ports, verify the license key, and confirm the server is externally reachable.
- Ensure TCP+UDP 30120 (or your configured port) is open on firewall and router.
- Set a valid sv_licenseKey from the Cfx.re keymaster.
- Set sv_endpointPrivacy / endpoints correctly for your host.
- Check the console for heartbeat/tunnel errors on startup.
