What causes it

A resource is calling a server native that your server artifacts (server build) are too old to support. This very commonly hits ESX Legacy and other modern resources when run on outdated artifacts. The resource and the artifact version are out of sync.

How to fix it

Update your server artifacts to a current recommended build.

  1. Download the latest recommended server artifacts for your OS from the Cfx.re artifacts page.
  2. Replace your old artifacts with the new build (back up first).
  3. Make sure your framework version matches what the artifacts support (e.g. ESX Legacy needs a modern build).
  4. Restart the server; the native-support error should clear.
